Best Western Orlando Gateway Hotel

Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights stay. Every staff member was very, very nice and polite. Such great overall experience.

We greatly enjoyed our 4 night stay. The room was a nice size & a nice size with microwave, which was super, updated tv's. Hotel's food was nice and there is Ihop close by. This venue met what we needed!

Outstandingly accommodating hotel stuff at reception desk.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful, with a relatively cheap breakfast, updated rooms and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Welcoming employees with a manager.

The room was updated and clean and available with 2 double beds, a fridge and microwave, updated tv's. I truly enjoyed that it was quiet. Unbeatable and magnificent location in the restaurant for 40minutes, exceeded high expectations.

The staff - some of them were very unhelpful.

The property seemed clean and the room was air conditioned. All the staff was accommodating, solved my issues. The service was excellent, including an early check-in.

Low cost hotel with great decor.

I stayed here 4 nights and I liked it. Located close to golf courses and restaurants. I had lunch in Twistee Treat, located nearby.

Reasonably priced cheap hotel with professional staff at reception desk. Very nice area, central location right by restaurants as well as universal parks and disney parks.

The hotel was neat & the staff were incredibly helpful, the bed was large. The area was beach, a lovely place for me. Again, it was at a moderate distance from universal studios. I liked the great pool too.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location was ideal, staff was fabulous. The views from our spacious bedroom were magnificent. Pool was nice and beds were comfy. Truly enjoyed Orlando, the hotel was family-friendly. There was a good restaurant with excellent meals.

The rooms were contemporary and the service was friendly, just what we needed. This hotel was situated in the central position. Hip new property, 12 miles from Orlando International airport.

Well, the area was quite dirty overall.

I loved hotel's lovely lobby. Stuff where happy to help, everything was perfect.

Brilliant location, immaculate rooms, soft beds. The room had hairdryer and carpet plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Got almost perfect views. Based in a tourist area. Visited fly orlando, one of the tourist spots, located not very far from the hotel. Overall the service was exceptional.

Ideal and impeccably clean place with fantastically helpful staff. And it also had really beautiful view. Free shuttle was a nice touch.

Enjoyable breakfast and superb location, fast free wifi. That was absolutely perfect hotel set in business area. The room was really great and had a such lovely view of the city. Property was so clean, and the staff was simply very warm!

Beds were quite small.

fab place, it has superb rooms and staff. it's in a new building in the perfect area. beautiful lobby. need to add that free wifi was provided throughout the property.

No reason to complain, the venue met all requests. The room they gave us was good and comfortable.

Morning meal food was GOOD. Continental breakfast and brilliant prices.

We planned to visit universal studios florida, that was 15 minutes on foot, so we stayed here. An easy walk to the restaurant Little italy. 30 minutes' drive to the airport...
